Is anyone having problems using the Beta Client to send feedback? I keep getting .NET exception errors and it is starting to bug me. Anyone know of a fix? Obviously I can't send a bug about the bug reporting tool so is there some other way to send a bug report?
Thanks.

Feedback Error
There actually is a category in the MBC to report issues with the feedback tools, but that wouldn't help if you're having problems. After you get to step 3, it should ask for passport credentials to upload bug reports, did you type that info in correctly? ---------- Mark Dietz PROnetworks <http://www.pro-networks.org>

It doesn't ask me for my credentials. It throws an exception when it gets to the point of retreving passport credentials. "Mark Dietz" wrote in message

Check the Help link in the left pane of the MBC. Fixes for a number of issues are there.

I emailed the email address they had listed there and then i sent an email to 'support@microsoft.com' just to see what will happen. No luck on any of the fixes though. "Colin Barnhorst" wrote in message

Support does not support Vista. Try emailing lhbeta@microsoft.com.

Okay instead of putting in your passport details, try the option to send the information anonymously. That may get you past the .net error.
